Chuck’s question was “What say you Bruce…. the belly fat debate..!!
Is it a different fat from other areas…? Or is it just harder to produce blood flow in that area ??? High intensity…low intensity… long and slow….quick and fast…? Assuming a perfect nutritional program what REALLY targets belly fat….???
