Truth is, eating well and exercising often is a very relative and general statement. If we’re honest with ourselves, I’m sure we could admit that we’re all capable of trying a little harder in both areas.

The article said that even if you have ideal blood pressure, you’ll still see an improvement by reducing salt intake and processed foods. Apparently our bodies do not know how to breakdown processed foods and stores the calories as fat…not good.

Great progress Paul. Like anything consistent effort will win the day and that’s what you’re doing. It’s all about progress not perfection. Thanks for your comment! Much appreciated and I loved reading it.

I also cut down on the dairy and only eat greek yogurt about 4 or 5 times a week as compared to 14 to 15 times a week. I eat more salads but do add chicken occasionally. I used your recipes about 3 times over this time period which gives me about 6 to 9 days of meals. For breakfast it’s oatmeal with fruit and nuts added. If I need a snack while on the go I’ll eat nuts or a protein bar.
Anyway, I got on the scale for the first time in five weeks and have gone down from 172 to 163.9. I’m 5’9 so there wasn’t much to lose but I’ve shed a lot from my waist. I have upped my exercising by 15% to 20% over what it was.

Anyway thought you would be interested by just altering my food intake somewhat I’ve seen results…

Hello:

I wouldn’t juice very much in advance of when you are going to drink it. Why juice? I am more a fan of eating the foods. More fiber and makes you feel more full.

I don’t think I can juice juice at work thats why I ask and having extra juice on the go would be a way to keep it possible! IDK maybe even juicing a few days in advance? would that work to or does the juice loose the nutrutional value to fast for that? any advice? THANKS! ? and congtrats on your lb loss!!!
