Fitness from Science is a different name. We don’t mean there is a magic pill that will instantly transform you from where you are today to the fittest you’ve ever been. What we do mean is that there is a science to fitness and it is through that science that you’ll be able to improve your fitness and achieve the fitness goals you’ve set.
The intent of this website is simple. To give you the tools that will allow you to gain strength, improve flexibility, eat better and lose weight sensibly, if that is your goal, and give you a road map to maintain that fitness and wellness for life.
Our focus is on helping women and men 50 years young and beyond to truly enjoy and gain the most in their golden years. Helping you live an active lifestyle in your 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond is our focus.
Most active people will at some point suffer an injury. We’ll show how to avoid or at least minimize injuries and should you become injured show you how to assess an injury, select the appropriate treatment expert, if necessary, and how to determine the best way to treat it.
